The "Safety Through Strength" Initiative to Save America. Due to the escalating threats America is now facing from enemies "foreign and domestic" law makers across the country need to codify the "Safety Through Strength" Initiative's "America Saving" GOALS into state ( -and where possible Federal ) law. Become an "STS" Petitioner in your city.  Scroll down this page for details.                                                                                                                                                "SAFETY  THROUGH  STRENGTH" INITIATIVE:                                                 GOAL # 1. ) "Re-activate" / re-provision our nation's network of "fall-out" shelters stocking them with food, water and critical medical supplies  If new shelters need to be built, employ "disaster-proof" reinforced-concrete dome construction ( -capable of withstanding F5 Fujita tornadoes and Level 8 Rich. earthquakes ) so these structures can serve double-duty as "tornado shelters" during peace time. Supply citizens with maps showing the most effective routes to these shelters and conduct statewide "drills" to ensure residents can reach them in a timely manner without causing traffic jams or disruptions to their communities. 

GOAL # 2. ) "Harden" ( i.e: electro-magnetically shield ) our nation's critical power and communication's grids against Electro-Magnetic Pulse ( EMP ) attack, sabotage and cyber attack ASAP! Task our National Guard and Civilian Militias with guarding our "key" nuclear power plants, electrical-distribution/ communication's networks, water purification, food production plants, rail lines and military/ National Guard bases and armories from terrorist attack/ sabotage and the contamination of our water supplies. Employ computer security teams to probe, test and fix any vulnerabilities in our nation's vital communication's networks ( -to prevent malicious cyber attacks/ disruptions to our critical services from adversaries ).

GOAL # 3. ) Make sure all of our nation's nuclear power plants have contingency plans on-file ( -addressing "nuclear strike" and "terrorist/ saboteur" scenarios ) to ensure they're capable of withstanding such events without "core meltdowns" or radioactive steam releases occurring. Have Dept. of Energy ( DOE ) and Army radiological clean-up teams, first-responder medical, police, National Guard and civilian authorities near these facilities rehearse their responses to these scenarios via realistic "scenario drills" to ensure they can adequately handle them.

GOAL # 4. ) Ensure our nation's "Force Strength" ( i.e: combined National Guard, Air National Guard, Military, Police and Civilian Militia ) is sufficient to STOP terrorist or foreign enemy air and land attack as well as "Deep State" triggered immigrant "invasions" of our homeland. Conduct nationwide "Force Strength" war game exercises to prepare, sharpen and maximize the coordination of our state and federal defenders in these "scenarios":
1. ) Defending our homeland from "Deep State" terrorist cells as well as from foreign invasions ( -including illegals pouring into our states on foot, buses, airlines, trucks and vans ). *NOTE: This goal would give states the legal right  to use their National Guard, Air National Guard, State Highway Patrol, Police and civilian volunteers to intercept buses, trucks or vans at state borders and planes at airports ( -to prevent the unloading of illegal aliens into our states ) with  transporters given the choice of either leaving the state with their passengers onboard  or facing arrest, fines and having their vehicles impounded or forfeited to the state. 2. )  Ensuring our nation's defender's arsenals are in-parity with or superior to those of the most likely enemy combatants ( i.e: Chinese Communist CCP/ People's Liberation Army, North Korean, Russian, Cuban,  Venezuelan regulars, etc. ) they're likely to face in terms of weapons quality, count and ammo reserves. Fund the arming of our nation's ( -volunteer ) Civilian Militia using the PROVEN "Swiss Model" ( -whereby civilian defenders are required to store their firearms and ammunition in their homes so they can be ready "at a moment's notice" in case of surprise enemy attack ).

GOAL # 5. ) Establish a nationwide network of "State Emergency Cooperative Pacts" ( -SECP's ) that empower local citizens, mayors, police chiefs and sheriffs of cities and counties throughout the US to coordinate their local resources and manpower  in response to national emergencies, civil unrest, foreign attack or attempts to overthrow the duly elected government of the US by "Deep State" elements within our government or  instances of Globalist "over-reach" ( -such the UN or World Health Organization sending "Peace Keepers" or "contact tracers" into our communities ). Under this provision and exercising his or her lawful authority, Governors ( -in consultation with affected  SECP communities ), would determine the appropriate action to take predicated upon local SECP official's recommendations.  This Goal would also empower local SECP Police Chiefs and Sheriffs to "deputize" local volunteers to assist in such actions when manpower shortages require it.

GOAL #6. ) Establish nationwide state commissions to research, scrutinize and regulate foreign ( or ) globalist interests ( or US companies acting as "proxies" for such interests ) seeking the purchase of land, water, timber, mineral ( or ) mining rights within the states and/or funding the spraying of potentially harmful chemicals and particulates into our skies for the purpose of "weather-modification" / "geo-engineering". These commissions would ascertain whether these interests ( -and their activities within our states ) constitute viable threats to our citizens or to national security - and based upon their  findings, grant or deny such purchases, rights ( or ) activities. GOAL # 7. ) Empanel Federal & State Grand Juries to investigate the criminal culpability of Dr. Anthony Fauci, Bill Gates and officials of the CDC, FDA and the  pharmaceutical companies responsible for creating, approving and marketing dangerous ( mRNA ) Covid-19 vaccines that have killed or injured thousands of American Citizens ( -in order to hold them "accountable" and justly compensate the families affected for their losses ). Task our Federal and State's Attorney General with filing cases and empaneling Juries. *NOTE: Any still skeptical of the lethality of these ( mRNA ) Covid-19 vaccines need to watch the professional testimony of physicians during Senator Ron Johnson's "Covid-19 Hearings" held in the United State's Senate

GOAL # 8. ) AUTHORIZE the use of already PROVEN medicines and therapies ( -such as  hydroxy chloroquine, vitamin D3, ivermectin, monoclonal antibodies, etc. ) to combat Covid-19 and future pandemics. ENCOURAGE the development and clinical trials of ( new ) promising medicines, therapies and tech -such as Rife frequency, "Far UV" ultraviolet light technology and essential oils-in ( new ) medical research facilities, hospitals and universities - which will eliminate the need  for these lethal, gene-altering, "side-effects plagued" vaccines like the current ( mRNA ) Covid-19 vaccines.

HALT the funding and construction of all current and future biological research and bio-weapons labs ( -testing, genetically-altering ( or ) "weaponizing" via "gain of function" or any OTHER means ), lethal contagions ( i.e: like ebola, marberg, small pox, etc. ) in the United States, any of it's possessions or in foreign lands by any Federal or International Agency or body, NGO,  private individual or concern. Those participating in such research or hiding it from the public ( -especially in collusion with a foreign hostile enemy of the US ), shall be committing a capital offense ( -punishable by death ).
 
HALT the pernicious censuring, harassment, persecution, firing and de-certification of physicians who prescribe these life-saving medicines, therapies and technologies ( -by notifying health departments, agencies,  research centers and hospitals ) that these practices will NOT be tolerated! As well, acknowledge the GOD-GIVEN RIGHT of all Citizens to control what goes into their bodies by allowing them to "opt out" of the Covid-19 ( mRNA ) and all future vaccines they DO NOT WISH to take WITHOUT having to apply for a "medical" or "religious" exemption ( -which are usually denied anyway!  ).                                                                                                             *NOTE:  This GOAL would also PROHIBIT food producers ( -including agri-business/ farms, cattle, poultry, fish as well as medicine, cosmetics , beverage and supplement producers ) from adding "genetics altering" vaccines, cell-lines or "gene therapies" to their foods, medicines, cosmetics, beverages, supplements or other products. This goal would require such producers to truthfully document that their products are FREE of such vaccines, therapies and cell-lines. GOAL # 9. ) Would ROHIBIT the purchase of state or federal lands and resources ( -including: national parks, BLM/ Dept. of Interior administered lands, conservancy trust lands, etc. ) by private corporations, financial interests, foreign governments, NGO's, and global organizations for the purpose of building detainment camps or the designations of already existing structures and facilities as: CDC "Green Zone" Camps ( *1 ), FEMA "Detention Camps" ( *2. ), within the US by such groups. If such facilities ( i.e:  FEMA Camps, CDC "Green Zone" Camps, etc. ) already exist  this Goal authorizes their prompt DEFUNDING and DISMANTLING. Implementation of this Goal would inform taxpayers of their location ( s ) and their cost to taxpayers thus far. RESOURCES: *1. ) As called for in the CDC's "Interim Operational Considerations for Implementing the Shielding Approach to Prevent Covid-19 Infections in Humanitarian Settings" ( -which calls for the relocation of individuals refusing to take the vaccine to their "Green Zone" ( -shielding ) Camps. *2. ) As Unconstitutionally created pursuant past Executive Orders.

GOAL # 10. ) Would PROHIBIT  individuals belonging to, having ties to, financed by, indoctrinated or radicalized by subversive organizations dedicated to the "overthrow of the United States' Constitutional Republic - such as the Communist Party, George Soros' "Open Society", the World Economic Forum ( WEF )/ "Forum of Young Global Leaders", Antifa, BLM, Tides Foundation, Jihadist, Chinese CCP front groups and OTHER organizations with a proven track record of violence and insurrection from holding elected or appointed office in any city, state or federal government position.

GOAL # 11. ) Would PROHIBIT local, state and federal officials, agencies, departments, offices or resources from being used to assist any Globalist "pretext" designed to undermine state or national sovereignty ( or ) US national security. *NOTE: These may include:  1. ) A National or "International Pandemic Emergency",  2. ) A ( -Jan. 6th related )  "Terrorism Emergency",  3. ) A "Climate Change" or "Environmental Emergency", 4. ) A "Pandemic Treaty",  5. ) A UN/"World Economic Forum" ( WEF )/ IMF directed "Reset" or re-alignment to World Governance ESG/ social credit "norms" or the "switching-over" to a Global "cashless society" ( -i.e: Mark of the Beast ) monetary system.

GOAL # 12. ) Would introduce Federal legislation PRESERVING the US Dollar,  gold and silver as the legal tender of the United States ( -PROHIBITING the use of Central Bank Digital Currency or similar "programmable" digital currencies in the United States ), regardless of justification used for it's adoption. This bill would ALSO PROHIBIT  the use of "Social Credit Scores" or  "ESG" as the basis for suspending or witholding banking services, credit or monetary "spendability" ( -for goods, services, public and private debts ). To ensure this legislation "has teeth" -the bill would provide for the CREATION of provisional State currencies ( -to "preserve the US Dollar" , gold and silver as the recognized  Constitutional legal tender of the United States ) should Federal Officials ( -acting as "proxy" for the IMF, UN, WEF, Bank of International Settlements ) decide to "engineer" a "pretext" to switch us over to their Global "cashless" economic system. In such an instance, this bill's provisional Constitutional US Dollar would serve as states' currency until such time as the Federal Government is returned to sound Constitutional monetary policy -as  intended by America's "Founders". *NOTE: This provisional State currency would be backed by the gold and silver reserves of the states adopting it and would be uniformly "compatible" with and spendable in the states adopting it ( -allowing the Citizens of the states adopting it -to continue to "buy and sell", conduct business and otherwise carry on with their everyday lives without fearing the loss of their privacy, economic livelihood or liberties to an "un-elected " and "unaccountable" Global cabal NO American has VOTED for!  ).
             *NOTE: This bill  would REQUIRE banks and lending institutions operating within states adopting this bill's  provisional Constitutional US Dollar to accept it as legal tender for all monetary transactions, debts and obligations. The bill would also  PROHIBIT "Real ID", "World Digital ID" ( -and similar "identity tracking" systems and "Vaccine Passports" within the United States ).

GOAL # 13. ) REQUIRES UNIFORM "hand-counted" paper ballots nationwide, ONE DAY voting ( -with reasonable medical and military exemptions ), BANNING the use of "riggable" electronic voting machines, "drop boxes", mail-in ballots, "ballot harvesting" and the secret counting of unvetted late ballots in this and future elections. MAXIMIZES the penalties for vote-fraud, destruction of ballots and ballot tampering in this and all future elections.           

GOAL # 14. ) Strips away the "Acting Under Color of Law" protections afforded Federal officials/ agencies, members of the Judiciary and election officials ( -when they mis-use our legal system through "lawfare", participate in election rigging/ fraud or "weaponize" intelligence gathering in order to craft "fake crimes" and narratives to silence political opponents ). This law would afford victims of such malfeasance legal standing to civilly sue these Federal, Judicial, Agency Heads and election officials ( -and these corrupt officials would ALSO be subject to criminal prosecution under expanded Rico Statutes amended to reflect these new provisions - including stiff enhanced penalties for such offenses ).                                                                                                                                                                                                      GOAL #15. ) Would PROHIBIT immigrants from cultures having a proven track record of hostility and terrorism against the US ( -and those embracing ideologies incompatible with Western values, the US Constitution, capitalism and the American way of life ),  from migrating to the United States, running for ( or ) holding local, state or federal government offices. Those already here and convicted of criminal activities, terrorism or "aiding and abetting" such activities shall be exported back to their country of origin.  New immigrants, foreign workers and student visa holders will now be required to swear an "Oath of Allegiance" affirming and agreeing to this and acknowledging that their participation in such activities constitutes grounds for their exportation and the revocation of their citizenship, worker or student visa status.                                                                                                                                                                                                              GOAL #16. )  A ( new ) Constitutional Amendment! It would prohibit American  Presidential Elections from being "stolen"  ( or ) "rigged" by unscrupulous Political Parties. *See the "Parchment" Document    ( -below ) for the Amendment's wording.
                                                                                                                                              GOAL #17. ) A ( new ) Constitutional Amendment ( -see below ) that would replace our current "weaponized" Judicial system with a "common sense" Citizen-based volunteer system ( -the US Citizen's Board of Justice" or UCBJ ) comprised of US Citizens who know and FOLLOW the US Constitution without deference to Political Party!
